Addition and Kitchen Remodel
The Client had a growing family but was limited to two bedrooms the third having been converted to a study. Their desire was to add a Master suite and remodel their kitchen. Their wish was to not expand the footprint since the site was limited. The solutiion was to go up so we utilized the space over the existing garage. We could not use the entire second floor area of the garage due to setback requirements.
