Fire Replacement Pool House:  Rincon Valley

Pool House and Garage in the Wallace Road Area. Existing ADU and Garage was consumed in the Tubbs Fire. The Building Department would only allow a Pool House of 640 SF or less along with the garage. We sited the Pool House in the same location as the destroyed structure with similar design features per the collaboration with our client.
